The branch has been formed to enrol supporters from the
area and to be recognised as an official supporter's branch
by Everton Football Club.

The
committee is to consist of a minimum of 10, to be responsible
for making and implementing branch policies. They will
hold office for 1 year, but may seek re-election at the
Annual General Meeting which will take place in November,
but changes to the constitution can be made if 25% of
members over 16 years of age call an Extraordinary General
Meeting.

A
quorum (the number of committee members that must be present
to constitute a valid meeting) of 6 committee meetings
is required.

In
all matters voted on by the committee, a majority must
be achieved for the vote to be passed.

The
branch bank account is to be governed by any 2 of 3 signatories
these are Treasurer, Secretary or Membership Secretary.

An
annual membership fee is to be paid by all members over
16 years of age. The current membership fee stands at
£3 per year, this is to be reviewed by the committee
annually.
When transport is arranged for members to attend matches,
non-members will only be allowed on the coach at the discretion
of the committee.

NO
alcohol will be allowed on any trip organised by the branch.

Any
persons causing annoyance to fellow passengers on coach
trips, or bringing the name of the branch into disrepute
with unacceptable behaviour will have their membership
reviewed by the committee with a view to the withdrawal
of any offenders' membership.

All
tickets booked for the match must be paid for in advance,
preferably by cheque and made payable to the branch, any
money to be refunded will only be done so at the committee's
discretion. If persons fail to claim ordered tickets,
they must be paid for in full, refusal to do so will result
in future order for tickets denied.

Committee
meetings will be held every two months.

Branch
meetings will be held every three months.

The
AGM is to be held in November of each year.
